      Hi,

      I've been running pfsense for a couple of months, i decided to take the wireless card out of my PC and add it to the pfsense box. The card is a NETGEAR WPN311.

      I have attached the card but no new devices are listed when i go to assign the devices - I take it i need to install the drivers for the card? (if so, can someone point me in the right direction on how to do this)

        SOLVED:

        For some reason the PCI Netgear WPN311 wouldn't work in any PCI slot except for the first one. Swapped it with one of my NIC's and everything is working fine.

          A year ago or so i tried with a WPN311 (REV. A2) but it didn't really play along. Too many packets errors.
