Bug with CP "connected"

Hi guys, anyone from you experience the same issue ? This problem arise when you make any changes to CP setting when there is a user sign in might it be a user or a voucher.
those users will disconnect internet and when they tried to re-authenticate CP it just shows "connected"
this will be fixed when user has been deleted from "Status > Captive portal"
idle timeout is not a best solution since CP is having problem on some devices when user does not want to clear history.
any help is appreciated.
