NordVPN is either extremely slow or offline

I have setup my NordVPN via OpenVPN however its status either on Latency or Offline. I have tried couple different server of theirs but result is the same. I have tried those servers with OpenVPN client on my laptop and they are just fine so there must be misconfig somewhere either on their guide or in my setup.
anybody had this issue with nordvpn openvpn? -
