pfsense 2.4.5 Release issue on HAProxy ?

I have update my pfsense to 2.4.5 today, and post update i am getting this error while saving the HAProxy Settings,

[ALERT] 106/043110 (97619) : sendmsg logger #1 failed: Connection refused (errno=61)

I using HAProxy more than a year and after update firmware of pfsense i am facing this isssue.

I found the error is related to the logging, here is the logging config and this is working fine more than a year.

Any idea what need to be changed

It might be enough to restart the pfSense's syslog service, so that it can re-create the log unix-socket also inside the haproxy chroot directory.?.
