can someone explain what that is? Is it related to the fact that I always fly out of COD.

Addresses in the 169.254.0.0 /16 range are intended to be used only on the local link and not sent to the Internet. Without more info, it's hard to say what's happening. For example, where was this info caught? Have you checked the MAC address to see which device it's coming from? Etc.?

Odd that a game would broadcast to a apipa network like that from its rfc1918 address.

quick google for that port points to Logitech Arx Control software?? Sending out such nonsense..
