Devel 2.2.5_31 Error loading

Updated to _31 and recieved the following error:

There were error(s) loading the rules: /tmp/rules.debug:32: cannot define table pfB_MAIL_v4: Cannot allocate memory - The line in question reads [32]: table <pfB_MAIL_v4> persist file "/var/db/aliastables/pfB_MAIL_v4.txt"

Tried to stop DNSBL as it showed inactive but active. No change. Rebooted the whole box and it came back up. NG was then active for both IP and DNSBL.

And I do have memory available.
