Error in my Squidguard its doesnt work a blacklist

Hi everyone, I have a problem, I installed squid and squidguard, also inside squidguard downloaded a blacklist from squidguard homepage the Shalla Blacklist.
I have followed all the steps of the internet and I want my users to not be able to enter adult pages or social networks such as facebook, youtube ...
As it turns out, as much as I follow the steps and deny those pages, I can enter all the sites without any problem.

The tests are carried out from Windows 8 virtual machines
My network scheme is as follows: I go to the internet through a WAN, from it I have two LANS, an Admin call that is LAN 1 that I use with a fixed IP and then I have LAN 2 called Clients, this LAN takes one Automatic IP with DHCP.
