SG-1100 Squid ICAP Error.

I keep getting an ICAP error when I browse to certain websites (seems random but once a site receives that error it doesn't resolve). I've read up on on bug 8832 and my icap.conf file seems to already be "fixed" although the line #s don't exactly match up.

Anyone else having this issue? I'd say about 99% of sites are unaffected, but that 1% is slightly annoying and inconvenient (especially since one is a site used to manage a home business)
