Allow traffic to/from one device on subnet

Wife can't view her shows on CBS. I know, it is tragic.

I have unblocked everything that pops in Alerts and still no go.

Only option I can figure out is unblock the Roku device for all traffic. Is this the proper way to do so?

My network is 192.168.1.0/24
adding this to Services-->DNS Resolver --> Custom Options
