Internal IP redirect to other Internal IP

I have a Meraki device on my network that creates a link for an application. The local IP for that device is 10.0.1.7
The application will be sending data to 198.18.176.58 - how do I direct this traffic to the 10.0.1.7 device?

That is not an internal IP you should be using..

SPECIAL-IPV4-BENCHMARK-TESTING-IANA-RESERVED

Your using that IP range on your network??

The Meraki is to supply connection to the 198.x.x.x network. Need anything trying to access that network to be routed to the 10.0.1.7 so it can go through the Meraki.

There is a big difference between routing and redirection.
