HAProxy Slow

I'm using pfsense CE and HAProxy since years. I'm not an expert, but up to now all worked as expected. i just migrated to new 2.5.1 pfsense ce edition and HA Proxy responds very slow on incoming requests. i use HAProxy inside an vpn behind a reverse proxy to split to differnt backends depending on url

what do you need to help ?
