      Hi All,

I want to configure VPN to all LAN Systems. So can anyone guide me How to setup OpenVPN for my whole network (LAN Systems)?

OpenVPN has a pretty good and self-explaining Setup Wizard to guide you through a typical RAS / remote access server scenario. If you have questions or problems afterwards feel free to ask, but I'd at least try setting it up at first :)
Otherwise there are Howtos in the official docs and unoffical blogs that can tell you to set it up. A good start would be

        Cheers,

No problem, just try it and if it doesn't work out, let's see where it went wrong. But with the OVPN wizard you should be able to get an easily working config setup (with user/pass at least) in minutes. :)
