        Probably a unique malfunction. (PHP)
        Keep in mind that it will happen again in the future, after that, a more serious reconnaissance must begin.

          The most common way that can happen is if you try to tell the firewall to do something which results in a page so large/long that it exhausts memory trying to display it. Gigantic logs are one way that can happen, but not usually the built-in logging since it's somewhat limited in that regard. Probably a package.
