Any good free blocklists for squidguard

is there any good free blocklists
i've googled for sum but seems like all the ones i found are not  well maintained

im using shallalist but there doesn't seem to be any dates to say when the file was last updated

It says right on the main page that the list is repackaged each night.  When you open up the archive, all files and folders have a timestamp.
