Hardware recommendation for WiFi access point

I am a complete noob to pfsence hardware. Does anyone have a recommendation for wifi access point hardware that is compatible to the netgate sg 1100?

Will any wifi access point work with the sg1100? I was looking at other post and it appears that folks use their favorite wifi router in conjunction with the sg 1100? Am I making this too complicated?

Any lan based wifi access point would do.
But that would be an external device, not managed by pf.
Anything else has issues of a kind.

A modern ap would need to support dual bands (2.4-5G) concurrently or even better a mesh.
