Datetime in firewall log is not using system timezone

Version: 2.4.5-p1

Timezone in firewall logs (Status / System Logs / Firewall) is not same as I set ("Asian/Shanghai") in system (/ General Setup / Localization / timezone) .

I tried to restart PHP-FPM, also tried to reboot pfsense server, the datetime in firewall log is still GMT, it should be GMT+8.
