bbc_c2 fails to download

Its in the standard lists installed with pfblocker_ng devel.

I get the usual permission denied (that is with a missing R)
It says this should be the case since july 1 2019
I'm sure it was happily downloading up to a week ago.
Ι have checked it from other locations too. (via browser)

And as a side question, it says not for profit use.
So I use it at home, protecting my devices. Does this fall under the not-for profit category? (I just get bills for home, lots of them... )

Ah, I had seen that, (and forgot about it too) It just strikes me that this worked a few weeks ago (and this isn't 2019 too).
I suppose something was forgotten on the bbc site and now things are "fixed" .
