I've newly installed PFsense appliance as our dhcp/dns/firewall. Until this new installation i was unable to use internal server with custom port like 6969/6970/22 so i'm able to use port like 80.

      any have idea?

        What?
        Internal ports, external via NAT?

So the desktop and server are in different subnets and the traffic has to pass pfSense.
So just add a firewall rule to the interface the desktop is connected to which allow access to the desired ports and protocols.
