Squid Reverse Proxy - Authentication Per Site

Hello,

I am migrating my TMG Reverse Proxy to the Squid Reverse Proxy package and I have a handful of sites that I use set-up authentication via TMG to gain access to the internally hosted site.  Is there a similar functionality within the Squid package?  Thinking along the lines of multi-factor authentication.  Squid is the first factor and my internal sites will provide a second auth portal that will provide the second factor.
