granular traffic shaper

I have vlan 1001 which needs no limitation to vlan 40, but I'd like to limit http(s) access speed for vlan 1001 to 50Mbps.
I've not used the pfsense traffic shaper, so can someone give me a push in the right direction?

BTW...is it a "bug" in the traffic shaper that shows the vlan by the default name? See image.
