my LAN IP setup gateway ip is 192.168.101.254,why DHCP can't setup IP ?

just tried the exact same setup. it worked for me.
obviously something is wrong on your system. are there any logs that might get us closer to the problem?

that is my PFv2.2.x old config data. I don't know why it can't work in PF2.3 ?

Because some things were accidentally broken in 2.3

That should work if you upgrade to the latest 2.3. For a few days recently that was broken, but should work on current version.

it is fixed IPv6 DHCP also? IPv6 the same wrong.

I just tried with a statuc IPv6 address on a LAN-style interface, then defined a range in DHCPv6 Server. The available range was shown correctly and it saved the range that I put in.
If it does not work for you, then please give us an example of settings that are not working.

I will try it for test, just now I updrade to lastest version. so I see IPv4 DHCP is work now. I will test ipv6.
