    lan on vm pfsense not working correctly

      hi,just set up pfsense on esxi looks like all works properly,but...
      i have a 4 nic card on server, one nic set for wan to external router(its my original network with wifi which will stay) rest 3 are for lan from pfsense to rest. when i connect one device to lan its works perfectly ,but when i connect another one ,its simply not working. when i switch off the first one,then the other one starts working. funny thing is ,when i turn again the first one ,the 2nd stopping work. no clue whats wrong whit it.
      any help?
