Why are you using this version?
at the suggestion of the maintainer - @BBcan177 we use the -devel version which is actively developed

I know the name can be misleading -devel, but it's just a name and this is a fully functional and working version

I move on, - much better than the old version 2.1.4_22

I would do the update with these methods:

1. Make sure this is checked + Keep Settings
2. Use the trash icon to remove the version of pfBlockerNG running
3. Reinstall the current version from the package manager
