Can not download direct downloads

i have pfsense 2.2.6
snort
squid3
squidGuard

and i have Problem with downloading files in Direct Download

in pfsense 2.2.5 i had no problem

but now since upgrade to 2.2.6  Every file I am trying to download
is failed

Could it be upgrading anything changed settings
That does not allow direct download ???

Maybe my link does not work well

Download begins high speed 2Mb
Drops to 1.1Mb and 500 KBs and stop

i try from another computer on my lan
same result

how can i fix  the problem ??
