I have a site to site OpenVPN between 2 pfsense routers that I've configured to use for an offsite backup. Offsite I have an NFS server running, and machines on that local network can mount it. When I try to connect to the NFS share across the VPN it times out, when I use the showmount command it gives an RPC (port 111) error.

The NFS client/server can ping each other, and all other devices across the VPN. I've also tried setting up samba instead and mounting a Windows machine to it and it also can't see the share.

I’m at a loss trying to figure out what is causing it to fail, I have an allow any protocol/source/destination firewall rule in the OpenVPN interface on both sides. Any advice on what could be blocking it or things to check would be appreciated.
