Captive portal administrator

Hello
I would like to be able to create a user that when he log in he goes directly to the captive portal webgui page to do some admin for voucher etc ....
I have created a user with the WebCfg-Services:Captive Portal privilege see below

but when i tried to use that user to log on it fail with the following

"too many redericts" error and the page don't show

Any ideas????

But I added all the page.

Iwas just trying to avoid giving access to all the portal menu.
