Question about syntax of block lists

I need to create my own block list and I was wondering if pfBlockerNG supports the use of wildcards or regular expressions in the block lists.

If not, how would I go about blocking, say, *.ad.lgsmartad.com? * would in actuality be us, uk, de, etc. (countries).
