Советую глянуть. Написано для Kata containers , но подойдет и для KVM.
Хорошо написано не только про проброс gpu, но и как задействовать sr-iov для проброса сетевых карт, поддерживающих эту технологию.

На данный момент умеет Incremental backups, Deduplication, Compression, Verification, можно прикрутить прямо к PVE etc.
