I am trying to trim down the DNSBL Malicious feed to remove alerts I don't care about but even after eliminating the subfeed I am still seeing the alert as shown in the attached picture. How do I get these to stop showing up?

So I solved it myself. Turned off "keep settings", uninstalled and reinstalled pfblocker, making sure to delete the DNSBL default packages before running my first force reload.
