openvpn redirect all traffic through the server

First of all, sorry for my bad english
I have an openvpn server installed abroad.
Client computers domestically.When I look at the whatismyipaddress , client computers seem to have received server ip. (So far so good)
But when I try to access some sites,(microcenter,ebay)they see that I am connecting from domestically and they're blocking me.What can i do ?

In the OpenVPN Server try to force client generated traffic through the tunnel
If you use ipv6 too , select that too

i already do that. But fixed when i changed dns settings on client computers.
Do I have to set this up from every client computers? or Can I set it from the server ?thanks

This setting is on the server
I don't know if you have to export new files for the clients , in order to activate it there.
