Squid proxy and captive portal pass-through credits

Hi,

we using pfsense 2.2.6 with squid transparent proxy, squidguard and captive portal.

We have set the option  "Pass-through credits allowed per MAC address" to 1 with 120 minutes hard timeout.  But the option only work with a disabled proxy. Is there a solution to use both (proxy + captive portal with pass-through credits)?
