Has anyone had any luck getting TNSR (HomeLab) to work in Hyper-V?

The OS installs just fine, seeing as it's CentOS I'm not surprised and the NICs work fine at the host OS level as you would expect.

However I'm completely stuck there, as I can't get the TNSR dataplane to properly recognize the Hyper-V Gen1 or Gen2 Network adaptor. I've Tested with a Windows 10 2009 host and a server 2019 host.

Whatever adaptor that isn't setup in the host OS shows up in TNSR dataplane as FailsafeEthernet0, FailsafeEthernet1 etc. (I'm sure that's not what is supposed to happen) If I check "dataplane dpdk dev" it shows nothing but "default". I even tried to change and commit all of the drivers here "dataplane dpdk uio-driver" ( igb_uio, uio_pci_generic, uio_pci_generic) to no avail.

If I ignore that nothing shows up in dpdk and procced assigning an IP and enabling one of the FailsafeEthernet interfaces I see traffic coming in and no inbound packets appear to drop but all outgoing packets appear to drop at the interface, at lease judging by the output of "show interface counters".

Also I noticed that even with "configuration candidate commit" changes made to the "FailsafeEthernet" interfaces reset to defaults reverting to a disabled state with no IP etc.

I've been using pfSense and centOS in Hyper-V for over 10 years without much issue so I was really looking forward to seeing what TNSR could do.. I hope I'm just doing something wrong here and would appreciate any guidance from you more seasoned TNSR users 😖

@venix91 Hyper-V is not listed here:

        https://docs.netgate.com/tnsr/en/latest/platforms/

        That is the latest guidance.
