New micro in vpn is not accessed

Right now, many things could be the issue, but I'm even not sure what the issue is.

What is your LAN ? 192.168.1.0/24 ?
What is VPN your tunnel ?
192.168.101 has a firewall ?
etc.

@gertjan , thanks for answering. The problem was the antivirus firewall Kaspersky.
