This started to appear after I followed the tutorial on this link (https://forum.opnsense.org/index.php?topic=132.0) to install the package

"openvpn-client-export" via shell as it was not appearing in the available packages

I executed all these commands via shell (ssh)

I already left the webgui and did not return to normal.
I already went back to the factory settings and restored a bkp that I had well before following these steps and continues the same way

It seems to me that some file is damaged

Those instructions are not even for pfSense. You have broken your installation to the point where the best action to resolve it is to reinstall and restore your configuration.
