Mobile GUI Broken After 2.5 Update

Hi, last week I updated to v2.5 and noticed a bug with the mobile site. When you expand the menu items you can't scroll down the the item you need if it didn't fit on the screen. For instance, if you want to reboot the system, you expand Diagnostics you can't get to anything past Halt System (in my case at least). This was using Chrome on Androd and I also tried the built in Samsung mobile browser (cuts off even lower).
Is anyone else seeing this or is this maybe just something on my phone?

System > General Setup, change Top Navigation to Scrolls with page.
The behavior you described is expected with the Fixed choice for that option.

That seems to be a poorly functioning behavior. I like the fixed menu on the desktop browser, but I guess I have to turn in off if I ever have to adjust something remotely from my phone because it's unusable.
