Slow DNS Response after reboot - 21.02.2

Has anyone else noticed that since 21.02.2 after you reboot the appliance DNS Lookups take a lot longer the first time a lookup happens? After this the issue is gone because its cached. After I reboot my 3100 when I try to load a webpage it takes 5-10 seconds, after the page loads it's completely fine.
