pot. Bug: special characters in description

Hi,

we stumbled across a problem with configuring frontends. If the description contains a special character (german umlauts, etc.) and you save it, the frontend is completely discarded and an error thrown in syslog:

/haproxy/haproxy_listeners_edit.php: XML error: Undeclared entity error at line 11595 in /conf/config.xml

that leads to a config rollback so if you didn't check your logs (or alert messages), you may wonder, why your frontend won't show up at all.

@jegr Follow-up: Using haproxy-devel 0.62_3 for further tests shows that particular bug is fixed there? Perhaps a problem still in the -stable?
