siproxd on multiple interfaces
-
Hi there!
I have multiple interface from where sipregister packets are inbound.
Is there a way to activate siproxd for multiple / all interfaces?
Packets are coming from 6 User-LANs, Infrastructure LAN (Door speakers), the phone system itself sending sipregister to the providers on the WAN.
My only work-around is to switch the interfac es in the settings, when devices need to re-register. -

Hi,
"siproxyd" is not the best solution, if you can.... pls. avoid it, use it only if all your devices want 5060.
(these are only typical for very old devices / old FW)Configure different SIP ports in your devices... + rules / CONE NAT (static port)
these helps:

we operate at least 40 VOIP lines behind pfSense and do not use a SIP proxy -
@daddygo
We use a starface phone-system and every soft-client uses 5060.
And also starface itself uses 5060 to connect to our sip-providers through the internet.
