Cron Job delete sarg reports and lightsquid?

Hi,
I was wondering if someone could shed some light on my question?

So I know on squid they show log rotation I usually put around 90 days but I guess my question is that sarg looks for the squid logs and I have sarg to report every 7 days. Now if i rotate the logs every 90 days on squid that means on day 91 it would delete logs of day 1 which means anything on sarg that reported from that day 1 would not appear? What I would want is to delete sarg reports as its pilling up also same as lightsquid which is worse because its every 24 hours :(
