Lets Encrypt Pfsense package Cert failed to renew automatically using digital ocean API

• Running ACME with DNS challenge in Pfsese plus 21.0.2 and Pfsense 5.1 , 2.4.5
• using digital ocean API
• DNS challenge seems to be working and certificate renewal was successful a couple of months ago.
• but automatic renewal fails now in all version

Suspect This one is only for digital ocean API . is there any fix available?

Nothing has been changed for the last 12 months, upstream.

If there was an error, you were told to look at the log file if you want to know the 'why' part.
/tmp/acme/[acme account name]/acme_issuecert.log
What is the issue ?
