pfBlockerNG v. 2.1.4_22 - no floating rules have been created

Just checking the system and have challenges to identify whether the behavior "as expected" or there is an error.
pfBlockerNG works fine (does not resolve all, what should be dropped, however no floating rules have been created even if the respective flag "DNSBL Firewall Rule" is set.
How to check whether there is something wrong? any suggestion?
