I have installed a system with 2 NIC and and one wireless NIC (Netgear 311T). Everything works okay until I enable WPA and type a WPA key of 10 charactersl . I can still se the accespoint and asked for a key but I never get connected. Is the any settings I forgot?

Does your Client use WPA TKIP or WPA AES? There is a setting to set this at the config page for the wireless interface. It usually is set to accept BOTH but you might want to try AES or TKIP setting only. Older Wireless devices only do TKIP, newer ones use AES (which is better).
