Wake up on Lan

I have recently reinstalled pfsense 1.2 onto a machine and since then I have a problem were the wake on lan causes the machine to lock. When it lock all the light on the nices flash constantly until the machine is power cycled. This used to work before the reinstall so I am confised what has gone wrong. I have put the same config file on and changed nothing.
