      State as below.

      reconnecting; ping-restart

      If I go to the status -> openvpn screen and hit the restart icon it comes back up fine.

      I cannot remember when this problem started its been a while, I think it may have been on 2.4.5 onwards.

      pfSense CE 2.8.0

        have you tried using the service watchdog package to restart the service automatically when the tunnel is down (or does that not help in your case)?

          @v1k0d3n Hi, I just installed that package but I dont see an option for it to trigger when the tunnel is down, it looks like its just a basic recover if daemon is down thing.

          pfSense CE 2.8.0
