Talos BL Download Fail

Hi,
Is anyone else having Talos BL Download failing? if so does anyone have a solution to have it work. I'm able to view the list when using chrome browser with URL https://talosintelligence.com/documents/ip-blacklist.

URL loads the IPs in chrome browser. Downloads fails not all the time as you can see below.
