You cannot bridge two different L3 networks.

You may configure the left port on the Mikrotik as trunk with two VLANs as well as the port on the switch. On the Mikrotik you can then bridge one (may call it VLAN10 as well) to the right ports VLAN10.

OK. But that doesn't change anything. You can connect the VLAN across a couple of switches an routers if you configure them all properly.

I don't have a chance to connect pfsense directly on unifi poe switch

How can I activate vlan on AP via Mikrotik?
