I have my default squidGuard ACL set to 'Allow' (previously was blocked), still getting blocked by proxy.  Even went as far as to create a custom target category called 'Allowed_Web' and put website in question in there, still blocked:

      Reason:
      Client address: 10.10.10.220
      Client name: 10.10.10.220
      Client group: default
      Target group: none
      URL: http://www.shallalist.de/categories.html

I restarted the squidGuard and the squidProxy in desperation, nothing…

      What am I doing wrong?

Did you go back to the General page and click Save then Apply?  You must do this with squidguard if you make a change on any of its tabs.

Yes, and cleared cache on browser just to be sure.

Edit: I clicked 'Save' again and 'Apply' and now it's working.  I'm sure I did it before (multiple times), but whatever, it's working now.  Thanks!
