Quick Log Question

I am seeing a different entry under LAN in my firewall log.    Most have a triangle on the left of "LAN" but some have no triangle.  Just curious what this means.    Screenshot attached.

Is it the direction of traffic, i.e. Into LAN vs within LAN?
