So there are some IP's that I know are probably harmful and want them blocked. I did look online for a step by step tutorial but they are all older versions of pfSense. How will I go about blocking a external IP?

      Thanks

      EDIT:

Sorry for some reason it posted it in the wrong spot. Can a mod move it to general questions?

      Thanks

        Check the Docs, about "Firewall"

        https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Firewall_Rule_Basics

        https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Firewall_Rule_Processing_Order

Take a look at the "pfBlockerNG" Package  –> https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=86212.0

OP:  Block them inbound on your WAN interface?  Did you open any ports on the WAN?  Reason for asking is the WAN is "default deny" from the install.  This means any traffic that originates from the outside (is not in response to traffic from your LAN side) is already getting dropped.
