      We use Zenoss along with snmp to monitor our Pfsense routers.
      After updating to 2.3.1 Zenoss is reporting version 2.3.1 just like it did with 2.2.6.

      After apply update 5.  SNMP is not reflecting 2.3.1-p5

      Do we need to modify SNMP to look somewhere else to know it is 2.3.1-p5?

      snmpwalk -Os -c somegroup -v 2c 192.168.101.1

      iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.1.0 = STRING: "pfSense  somerouter.some.net 2.3.1-RELEASE pfSense FreeBSD 10.3-RELEASE-p3 amd64"

      Thanks in advance for any assistance.

        At the moment we don't have a way to expose the patchlevel over SNMP that I can see. All it can see is the FreeBSD kernel version which won't change if the firewall update doesn't replace the kernel.
